Our Practice

Dr. Svetlana Berman is a certified specialist in Endodontics, in Carmel, IN, dedicated to providing high-quality and patient-centered endodontic care. Her practice is proud of its experienced, knowledgeable, and caring team and modern, state-of-the-art office.

Dr. Berman earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2004 with high distinction and ranked #1 in her class. Following that, she completed the General Practice and Hospital Dentistry Residency at the Indiana University School of Medicine and a Graduate Endodontics Residency program at the IU School of Dentistry.

Dr. Svetlana Berman, DDS, MSD has been chosen by her peers every year since 2009 to be recognized as the Top Central Indiana Endodontist, featured yearly in the Indianapolis Monthly magazine.

In addition to private practice, Dr. Berman serves as an adjunct clinical faculty at the Department of Endodontics of the Indiana University School of Dentistry.

To confidently diagnose and comfortably treat the most complex conditions, Dr. Berman uses surgical microscopes, cone beam CT for 3D imaging, digital radiography, the STA® computer assisted local anesthesia, conscious sedation, and relaxing chair-side television. The latest technology in endodontics is used for the most successful and efficient root canal treatment, such as the GentleWave System® and the EdgePRO™ laser.

Dr. Berman is an active member of the dental community in Indiana and a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, American College of Dentists Fellow, International Pierre Fauchard Academy Fellow.

Growing up in the medical and dental family, Dr. Berman was grateful to learn from her early age about the honors and duties of the healthcare professionals. Once being sworn into the profession by the Hippocratic Oath, Dr. Berman always strives for excellence in her practice with devotion, compassion, responsibility, and love to the profession and her every single patient.
